Well??? How was the first half of everyone’s November? Can you believe Thanksgiving is only 8 days away!
I hope you all have fun plans with family and friends, and lots of yummy food too! My sister, mom, and I had a phone conference yesterday and we all decided to say no to sugar until Thanksgiving day! Considering I need a sweet fix daily, this is going to be a little challenging. But, I can do it. We are going to text each other when we have moments of weakness so we can be talked through it!
What have I been up to lately you ask? Well let me fill you in. My Workout November challenge started off slow. I have been doing workouts in house, and not heading to the gym as much. Its so cold in the mornings now and a freezing two minute drive to the gym seems like torture to me! I realize I need to “not think, just do,” but until then Turbo Jam has been my friend. Plus the planking challenge! Anyone else doing ab workouts?

Yep, another wedding cake from Cakes By Eryn! This one was rich chocolate layers with chocolate ganache filling and a tad bit of Bailys’ Irish Cream added. Yummy! Here was my weekend in pictures.
Danny and my sister Lesly were hanging out with us at my parents Friday. Danny was pretend shooting birds. Such a cute little guy!
It was a blast to make the cake but completely used up my days off. Going back to work I was still a little worn out. I have the next two days off though and plan to do some major sleeping in. After a blissful night of sleep Travis and I will be headed off to do some shopping tomorrow. We have no food in our house! It should be a fun day with the hubby, can’t wait!
