Funny name right? It’s a recipe from the Trim Healthy Mama book that my family all tweaks a bit to their preference. If you are a soda drinker and trying to kick the habit, this is your ticket! Start with a smaller amount of apple cider vinegar and work your way up. I think my sister is up to a quarter cup in hers!

You don’t have to use sparkling water, but trust me it’s the best! I drink it throughout the day and at night if Travis is having a beer and I’m trying to be good. Hey it’s no beer, but it does the job!

Raw apple cider vinegar has so many benefits, including reducing water retention and bloat. Plus it’s great for detoxing, is good as a digestive aid, and helps keep away pesky colds.

So drink up!
